Elizabeth Cheng Krist is a senior photo editor for National Geographic magazine. After graduating from Princeton she worked at Asia and Fortune magazines. Elizabeth has won awards from Pictures of the Year, Communication Arts, and the Overseas Press Club. She has curated exhibitions in Washington, D.C., and Athens, Greece.

Peter Taras is the director of photography for Surfing magazine. At the young age of 32, he is already a surf industry veteran.

Elayna Rocha is an art producer at Y&R Brands Irvine. She discovered her love of photography at Fullerton Junior College. Elayna earned her BA in photo communications from California State University, Fullerton. Y&R’s variety of clients give her the opportunity to produce shoots both small and large. Her clients include Land Rover, Pony, KinderCare, James Hardie, Jenny Craig, Toshiba, SouthWest Rapid Rewards, Hilton, DoubleTree, Waldorf Astoria and many others.

Caroline L. Hirsch's latest projects include producing a music video, helping mount an exhibition for VII photo agency and managing the photography for two upcoming nonfiction books. She has photo edited for Popular Photography and National Geographic Adventure magazines.

John McCauley is art director at Outside magazine. He previously worked as an art director at Boston magazine and is a huge Red Sox fan. John’s work has been recognized by the Society of Publication Designers, the City and Regional Magazine Association, and the American Society of Business Publication Editors. He lives and works in Santa Fe, New Mexico..
