The concept for this image came from an ongoing campaign that I have worked on for three years. The client is Boeri Ski Helmets. The location was a meat-packing plant on a Saturday morning. It was 85 degrees outside and 34 degrees in the plant. I wanted the green cast of the fluorescent light and the cool feel. I had just purchased the Kodak Pro Back, and the camera worked great even in the cold. The lighting was all Speedotron. I use a Mac laptop and a TV for proofing, and one-gig Microdrive cards. I have gone from shooting in the fridge to shooting in the dead heat of summer on location with this back.
