Eclectic, no? “Having received so many promotional pieces as a photo editor, the opportunity to judge a contest on self-promotion was very exciting to me. There are so many different ways to exhibit one’s work that the challenge of capturing the interest of just one creative is a true gift. It is a subjective process.” Mary left the world of Martha in July and is currently a photographer’s rep with ca 2, a division she started with Cornelia Photographer’s Representative Inc.
joined Pentagram as a graphic designer in 1997. Her tenure there began in the London studio, where for two years she was a senior designer. In 1999, Kerrie moved to the New York office where she now works with partner Michael Bierut, handling graphic programs for One Central Park at AOL Time Warner, Chambers Hotel, The Cathedral Church of Saint John the Divine, and the Yale University Schools of Architecture, Medicine and Drama. Kerrie is actively involved in the design community, guest lecturing and judging awards such as this one and the First International Polaroid Photography Awards contest.

In 1997, Matt launched volumeone, a design studio dedicated to exploring narrativity on the Internet and to pushing the limits of available design technologies online. Currently, Matt Owens and his partner, Warren Corbitt, run one9ine, a design company specializing in visual communications for print, broadcast and interactive media. They are both graduates from the Cranbrook Academy of Art Design Department and share an in-depth knowledge ranging from editorial redesign, brand identity development, Web site development, consulting and creative direction.
is the founding curator of the permanent collection at the International Center of Photography in New York. He has written and edited a number of books and has curated numerous photography exhibitions. One of his recent books, Weegee’s World, won several national and international awards. He also received the “Best Photography Exhibition” award from the International Art Critics Associations for the exhibition based on this book. He has recently co-edited A Thousand Hounds (with Raymond Merritt), and One Man’s Eye (with Alan Siegel). He currently serves as curator to several private and corporate collections.

Prior to joining and helping to build Ogilvy’s art buying department, Cindy worked for a stock photography and graphic design firm. Cindy manages the art buying for a number of worldwide clients including IBM, Unilever and American Express.
