| "I met Michelle Pfeiffer for lunch to discuss the shooting which
was going to be a very extensive kind of formidable shoot. And
I knew she would walk if she looked at a Polaroid that wasn't rendered
properly. So I knew I had to light her properly. I really studied
how she had been lit ... and just discussing that with her and knowing
how she had been lit and putting her at ease was a big chunk of
the battle."
